1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Canada, the USA, the UK, and Australia.

2. How long does delivery take?

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Transit time is usually 5–7 business days.
  • Most orders arrive in 6–9 business days total.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

4. Will I have to pay customs or hidden fees?

Taxes are calculated at checkout. No hidden fees will be added later. 

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link.

6. What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

7. Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — we cover the return shipping.
  • For all other returns (e.g. wrong size, change of mind) — the customer pays return shipping.

8. How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

9. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase at no cost. After this, if the order has shipped, please follow the return process.
