Shipping Regions

  • We currently ship exclusively to customers in Canada, the USA, the UK and Australia.
  • Amzi Pets is a company based in Canada . All orders are processed from our office in Canada and shipped to Canada, the USA, the UK and Australia.

Order Processing and Delivery Schedule:

Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

Order Handling Time1-2 Business days (Monday-Friday) 

Transit Time: 5-7 Business days ( Monday-Friday)

Total delivery time: Estimated delivery time based on customer locations All destinations: 6-9 business days

Order Confirmation:

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

Shipping Carrier:

We partner with Canada Post, USPS, and YunExpress to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Shipping Fee:

At Am-Zii, we believe shopping for your pets should be simple and worry-free. That’s why we offer FREE shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

At Am-Zii, we keep our pricing simple and transparent.

  • All applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout.
  • You will not be required to pay any additional import duties, customs fees, or hidden charges after your order is placed.
  • The price you see at checkout is the final price — no surprises.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions for tracking your package.

Delays

We aim to meet our delivery estimates, but delays may occur due to high shipping volumes or unforeseen courier disruptions. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.

Lost Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  • Verify the shipping address.
  • Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
  • Ask neighbours or family members if they accepted the package.
  • Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.
